Some small tips to help you to find your next home:
Be prepared to be flexible. People often end up buying a house they didn’t expect to; a different house or location. Draw up a list of your top 10 Must Haves and then be prepared to compromise on at least 5 of them.
It’s advisable to do a ‘drive-by’. Save yourself the wasted time on viewings if the position is not what you’re looking for.
Never agree to buy a property until you've seen it in the daylight.
Look past the decor - look at the important things like room sizes and the general condition. Carpet and wall paper can all be changed.
See as many properties as you can.
