The first step in buying through Falcon is to contact the office - either come in, telephone or email. We've tried to think through the buying process, and yes we'd like you to buy from us.
Our sales details try to give you 'a taste' of what each property is like as well as useful information like floor plans, internal photographs, the local school and council tax banding. We believe in telephoning and text messaging to let you know of properties as soon as they come onto the market. The majority of viewings are accompanied - we find this suits everyone best, buyers can be more at ease and open with us and sellers find it less embarrassing. We won't 'hard sell' the property. There's no point as each sale can take months to go through and the buyers can pull out at any time, so we want committed buyers, not 'forced buyers.'
When you find the right property, we can arrange the mortgage (and survey) and sort out a solicitor for you. When there's a problem we can usually help. So, if the survey throws up rising damp or wood worm we know what to do.
On the day of moving in, we'll have the keys ready for you and there's always a little 'thank you' present from us.
