  • Preparation of professional inventory and schedule of condition. We use an independent fully qualified AIIC (Association Of Independent Inventory Clerks) registered company.
  • All meters read and utility companies informed at beginning of tenancy
  • Collecting first month’s rent and deposit
  • Deposit held by a Government Deposit Scheme, the DPS
  • Rental protection cover available at an additional cost
  • Sending copies of relevant documentation to landlords after tenancy has commenced (including tenancy agreement and inventory)
  • TENANT FIND AND RENT COLLECTION
