I wanted to write to you to confirm our position during these unprecedented times.

The most important aspect of our business, and our 1st priority, is the health and safety of both our team members and our clients, both of whom are at the forefront of our minds.

I write to tell you a little bit about the measures that we are taking in order to carry on with our commitment to running our business for our clients, as best we can.

2020 is our 30th year of being in business, helping Plymouth move home. These now are certainly unprecedented times. We are listening to and considering the governments every changing guidelines. Although we are obviously unsure, as everyone is, exactly how things will pan out, we do have solid robust plans and procedures in place for every eventuality.  Our offices are still open as usual, at time of writing.

We are following a strict procedure and are not having any physical contact with clients that visit us, remaining at a distance and hand washing and sanitizing immediately afterwards.

All members of staff have their own antibacterial gels, including those who conduct the viewings and the valuations.

We take our responsibility extremely seriously!

We will only conduct viewings at properties with buyers who have not shown any signs, at all, of the illness. We are restricting viewers to just two people at a time (sometimes whole families turn up which is, at this time, not acceptable). We are restricting each viewing to 15 minutes; we don’t want buyers to linger unnecessarily. Before entering a property, we are sanitizing our own hands and those of the buyers along with us wearing protective, disposable gloves to conduct the viewing. We are also asking that no children under the age of 11 come to the viewing. I know this sounds a bit mean, but, again from experience, we do find that younger children can be little rascals when it comes to not touching things!

The market remains busy at the time of writing, lets hope this continues. In the meantime, we will continue to monitor and update our internal processes in line with the Government guidance and advise you when necessary.

We at Falcon, will continue to work extremely hard for all our clients. We want to reassure all who have dealings with Falcon that we have all the necessary policies, procedures and technology in place to continue to market the properties that have been entrusted to us. We have a strong cloud-based operating infrastructure in place to keep our business running during any situation that arises, even working from home.

Whatever happens over the coming weeks or months, whether we are still working out of our office or working remotely, the important thing is – we are still working – we are here to help you.
