At last Spring is with us!
After a really difficult year in 2008, everyone in estate agency has been looking forward to starting afresh. We're not expecting anything miraculous, just a more settled market. Our prediction for 2009 is a little more in terms of transactions and a slowing of the rate at which property prices have fallen.
With the bank rate at an almost all time low, the only thing holding back the housing market is the lack of high loan to value mortgages. For many who have been renting prices are very attractive leading to many moving back into the market
