John is a Member of ARLA and the other founding member of the business. John also has bags of relevant experience and became an estate agent over 34 years ago. John is always looking for the next great marketing idea along with imaginative ways to develop the business. He splits his time between the Sales and Lettings teams. His experience with Lettings is a great help for advising on investment and buy to let properties. He loves the outdoors - walking on Dartmoor or out on his bike.

Tom is the newest member to our letting's team and is already a massive bonus to Falcon Lettings. Tom's main role is matching tenants to our new properties which come to market. He has a hard working approach and happy to go the extra mile to help. Tom is an accredited landlord with the South West Landlords Association.

Abi is our property maintenance manager, Her day to day role is to oversee and co-ordinate the property maintenance of the three hundred properties we manage. One of the first things you'll spot about Abi is how passionate she is about the business. Abi is an accredited landlord with the South West Landlords Association. She is enrolled with ARLA and is progressing through the Level Three qualification in Property Management.

Claire is a member of ARLA - the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Her main role here is dealing with the all-important money! Claire collects the rents, pays the contractors and makes sure the landlords get paid too!

Tracy is in charge of the initial schedule of condition reports on properties (Inventory) these are then passed onto the tenants at the start of the tenancy. This report is then used to compare against the check out and confirm if the property has been returned to the landlord in a suitable/acceptable condition. Tracy then liaises with Claire to activate the deposit release once the check out has been done.
