David has been an estate agent for over 43 years. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and is one of the founding members of Falcon. David is mainly based in the office but he also carries out initial market appraisals for selling, digging deep into his wealth of local Plymouth knowledge and experience to give the best advice to our clients. Although there have been many changes within the property business over the years, one thing has remained true throughout - it’s about people, not property. Beautifully shot photographs help the buyer to imagine themselves in that space and generates positive interest to help gain the best possible price.

Liz has been in in agency for over 18 years. A dynamic and passionate individual who thrives on delivering a bespoke service for her clients. Highly experienced in all aspects of valuing / listing and selling property and always working in the best interest of the client, Liz is a very enthusiastic individual. Clients have often been heard to say that nothing is too much trouble for her! Liz has a keen eye for detail which shows in her eye catching photography.

Cody is one of our main sales consultants and has worked in the industry for over 3 years. His main role is to help buyers find their next home and sellers move whilst navigating the selling and buying process for them. Cody has built a wealth of knowledge in his time in the industry and constantly receives great feedback  from our clients. His friendly, charismatic approach has been vital in ensuring the whole process goes smoothly for all our clients. 

Jess is our newest recruit and we are super lucky to have her on the team. Jess has a few years’ experience in customer facing rolls but is new to agency. She is learning the ropes rapidly off her experienced colleagues. She is here in the office to meet and greet house buyers and sellers and do her bit to match them together and help in any way she can to ensure the process in swift, smooth and enjoyable.

Mel’s main role is looking after the smooth running of the admin but having been an estate agent for a number of years Mel has developed fantastic knowledge of the industry and is also loves to help buyers and sellers with any issues they experience during the selling process. Her calm reassuring manner goes down well with our customers. She loves to build close relationships with both sellers and buyers alike and offer a remarkable experience for our clients. 

Becky is one of our sales consultants , along with Cody, Jess, Liz and Mel, she has 19 years’ experience of helping Plymouth home owners and buyers with their move – always with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Her main role is to match up buyers with properties and to negotiate the sales. She is also on hand to help follow the sales through to completion. Her enthusiastic attitude is a real bonus to Falcon and her readiness to help our buyers and sellers through the challenging process is always so well received by our clients.

Kayleigh joined us during 2025 to look after the after sales area of the business. A former sales consultant Kayleigh brings years of experience to Falcon and uses it well to help guide and hand-hold both clients and buyers throughout the whole process. She has a fabulous relationship with local solicitors and mortgage companies which is invaluable for the smooth progress of our sales. She works with Emma, the pair of them is brilliant.

 Having worked for another independent agent previously on sales Emma has been an integral part of our sales team for over two years.  Emma is now on sales progression with Kayleigh but still helps on the sales side when she can which she also loves to do. She has a fabulous working relationship with local solicitors and mortgage companies which is invaluable for the smooth progress of our sales.

Julie is a key member of our sales team here at Falcon. Her main role is as one of our highly valued viewing consultants. She is out and about showing our potential buyers, our properties which we have for sale. She always encounters many different viewing situations and has some great stories to tell! Her bright and cheerful manner shines through and her professionalism is tangible. She is popular with our clients and provides excellent feedback from the viewings. We are so pleased and lucky to have her with us.

Becky is another of our viewing consultant, both her and Julie are instrumental to the Falcon viewing team and you will most likely meet them at one of our fantastic properties. Becky has a wealth of knowledge and experience and she believes the secret to a ‘good viewing’ is to let the property do the speaking and is ready to answer any question that a buyer may have.
